The T&P rotary die cutting module can be designed and manufactured to fit in-line with your current converting operation. Modular die stations can be fabricated to fit existing equipment such as business forms or label presses, or we can work with your technical staff to create a design that fits in-line on any custom designed press.
 Two station diecut module.
T&P has designed and manufactured several of these diecut modules for adding on to existing lines or incorporating within unwind/rewind systems. One station can diecut a moving web while the other station can undercut or emboss while in complete registration with the other station. These units can also be supplied as single modules, and incorporate rotary or flexible dies and magnetic cylinders. Each module can be specifically designed to suit your application whether you wish to use existing rotary die cylinders or need something special.

There are several styles of units available ranging from a standard module which includes all necessary components for rotary die cutting to modules that include hydraulic load cells, pneumatic on/off impression risers, heavy duty bridge assemblies, matrix rewinds and vacuum base rolls (to convey cut parts to the next process).
Die cutting modules can introduce new product capability for your company. Consider a call to T&P to discuss your exact specifications.

Punching & Diecutting Together!
When a tight tolerance on a finished part is required, it is sometimes advantageous to punch and diecut in close registration. The picture above shows a punch unit with a punch station in close proximity to a diecut station. Both stations are part of one complete unit manufactured by T&P.
