Vince began working at T&P in 1965 as a shop machinist and worked his way into the engineering department as a designer. Originally from Argentina, Vince is one of T&P's most experienced employees. His 40+ years in the engineering department have made him an invaluable asset to T&P. He and his wife, Angelica have 3 grown children. The oldest daughter and second son are professional architects, and the youngest son, with a psychology degree works for Yahoo as a market analyst.
