Mike has been with T&P since 1978. He spent several years in the design department and then managed production until 1986 when the company was sold to Mark Andy of St. Louis, Missouri. After the purchase Mike stayed on as general manager of T&P for 10 years. In 1996 he purchased the company from Mark Andy and is presently president and sole owner. He has a master's degree in Industrial Engineering and a master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California. His interests include hiking, traveling and wine tasting.
